Rental Rates
Booking Notes:
A percentage deposit of the rental must be paid. No contract will exist until we receive this amount and confirm your booking. The balance must be paid 12 weeks before arrival.Once payments have been made they are non refundable in case of cancellation. Further conditions are explained in the booking conditions which will be sent to you together with your booking confirmation. For your stay at a licensed holiday villa there is a Balearic Eco tourist tax payable based on the occupancy and the number of days you are staying (€ 2,- per day p.p.).
Changeover Day:
Changeover day is normally Friday or Saturday. Arrival time 3pm. Departure time 10am
Rental rates are for the entire property.
